What to send us, in one message:
- The exact location, with a landmark or a pin.
- What is wrong — injury, weakness, unable to walk, trapped, bleeding.
- A photo or a short video, taken calmly and from a safe distance.
- Your number, and whether you can stay with the animal until someone reaches.
What to expect from us
No forms, no criteria, no area restrictions:
- We are reachable round the clock, every day of the year. Call or WhatsApp any time.
- We respond to animals anywhere in Mumbai — no area is out of bounds for us.
- There is no criteria to qualify for our help. If an animal needs us, we help.
- For a road accident on a live road, call the traffic police as well, and keep yourself out of the traffic.
- If we honestly cannot reach in time, we will say so straight away, so you can try someone else. We will not leave you waiting.

Give one of them a home
Some of our animals are healthy, treated and ready to go home today. Others need a patient household while they finish recovering.
How it works: a short conversation about your home and routine, a meet-and-greet at the shelter, then a follow-up after the animal settles in.
Ask about adoptingGive your hands, not just your money
Shelter cleaning and feeding shifts, walking and socialising animals, feeding routes across the city, transport to the vet, photography, and help with the sterilisation drives.
Useful skills: driving, veterinary or nursing experience, social media, design, accounting. But a dependable pair of hands on a Sunday is worth more than a rare specialist.

A foster home is how an animal recovers without competing for space at the shelter — and it is how we learn what they are really like in a house before someone adopts them.
What we cover: food, shelter and care — the whole lot. Our foster parents look after them like their own kids, and we stay with them the whole way.
